Way to health through the body

This is in continuation to the previous post of how the mind and body are deeply connected

Body Awareness is the secret key to PERFECT HEALTH

if practiced with sincerity and attention

its impact  IS profound and DEEP

more deep than one can comprehend

 

The physical body is a mass of cells

alive breathing vibrating

expanding contracting

intelligent cells

every cell has its own intelligence

every cell is a separate breathing entity

and together they form the body

and the body cumulatively has its own intelligence

it knows how to sustain itself

we do not have to mentally make the organs work

the body is self created, sustained and has self healing properties

 

from a single cell at conception

to the embryo

to the body that is today

the cell had intelligence to grow into the you, you are today

heart, legs, brain and all the organs were formed

the baby was born

and the baby grew

if the body got scratched, it heals

what is your role? Nothing

Apart from providing the right conditions

for it to grow and flourish

Everything happens on its own

 

So the point here is 

that the body knows

the cells know

they have their own intelligence

nature is intelligent

 

Its the mind that starts up all the trouble

so many impressions and emotions

start disrupting

and interfering with the natural state of the body

without even realizing

because we do not know

how deeply every thought brings a change in the system

 

the thought is a vibration

that transmits

and starts vibrating

through every cell of your body

and we do not realize it

 

So when you are angry in your head

your whole body

every cell is angry

its burning, tight, stiff, heated, clogged

 

when you are happy

the thought and feeling of happiness

again every cell vibrates with that happiness

do you see what i mean

there is a physical manifestation of every thought right down to every cell of your body

 

So when most of the time

you are living with some stress or heavy emotion ( anger, greed, jealousy, hatred, revenge ….) in the thought form

then the physical body -cells- are living in those vibrations

and when this happens for long periods

these cells

start becoming contracted, stiff, blocked, stuck

 

explaining it with water

its like water that was inherently calm and still (cells that were healthy and happy and freely breathing)

With continuous storms of thoughts and emotions; the uncontrolled mind

this calm  water becomes  stormy (cells move away from health)

Imagine your body moves away from its natural healthy state

and starts living in this stormy panicky state

the cells start reflecting and vibrating corresponding to the state of your mind

The catch here is

that the body never looses its wisdom

it is still intelligent

it tries for long periods to strike back its balance to health

against the damage you keep causing with your thoughts ( bad state of mind further leads to a bad lifestyle)

but the body with its inherent intelligence never gives up fighting for resuming its balance

till one day if your mind does not stop

the balance gets disrupted to the extent that cells shift away from their balance (health)

when the mind still does not stop

more cells move away from natural state of health

and soon a medical issue crops up

 

It is like the self sustained cell can not vibrate to its own frequency anymore (frequency of health)

and it starts dancing to the frequency of the mind

and Health is lost

 

BODY AWARENESS is a very simple technique

it is a literal secret

All you have to do is bring your awareness and attention back to the body

the body still knows

it is still intelligent and wise

it can regain its own balance and equilibrium

only if you allow

How do you allow?

You have to stop disrupting the natural frequency of the cells with the frequency of your mind.

The never negative cycle of thoughts.

STOP IT

 

How?

  1. Every time your mind starts chit chatting..but this..but that..this person..that person..my money…his money….job..partner..parents…blah blah blah blah
  2. Take a deep breath and exhale and Just bring your attention to your body
  3. BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY
  4. BODY
  5. BODY
  6. BODY
  7. YES…REPEAT AS MANY TIMES AS IT TAKES YOU TO BRING YOUR ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY

Become aware of the sensations that you feel in your body. Feel your feet on the ground, feel your bones, touch your skin, feel the expansion and contraction with the rhythm of your breath. Come 100% to your body. Few ways to bring yourself to the body and its sensations-

  1. Push your feet against the ground. Feel the bones..the pressure
  2. Tighten your body and let go. tighten and let go. repeat.repeat….
  3. Touch your skin. Feel the the tissues and muscles
  4. Press your bones with your hands. Press them till you can clearly feel them

Touch, push, press and feel and sense the body and whats happening in it.

DO NOT THINK WHATS HAPPENING. DO NOT THINK WHAT SHOULD BE HAPPENING. DO NOT THINK

100% BE WITH WHAT IS HAPPENING

WITNESS THE BODY AND ITS SENSATIONS

To some people this may come easily and to some it may not. Does not matter. Just practice.

Practice Practice Practice Practice being with the body.
